Infrastructure Precast SMS Terms of Service

By providing your mobile number to Infrastructure Precast (a brand of ICAST, Inc.), or by texting our business number, you agree to receive text messages from Infrastructure Precast related to your account, orders, projects, deliveries, and customer support — including quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, delivery scheduling and dispatch notifications, status updates, and replies to your inquiries.

Programs covered. Customer care messages and delivery notifications.

Messaging frequency. Messaging frequency may vary based on your active orders and projects.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received.

Carriers. Carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from us. To rejoin, reply START.
