SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

What information we collect. When you provide your mobile phone number to Infrastructure Precast (a brand of ICAST, Inc.) — for example, on a quote request, sales agreement, project intake form, contact form, or by texting our business number — we collect your mobile phone number, the content of messages you send to us, and message metadata (timestamps, delivery status, opt-in/opt-out events).

How we use this information. We use your mobile number and the content of text messages solely to communicate with you about our products and services, including: confirming and following up on quotes and orders, scheduling site walkthroughs and project meetings, providing delivery and dispatch notifications (scheduled delivery dates, ETAs, arrival confirmations, rescheduling and weather-related delays), answering product or specification questions, providing job and order status updates, and responding to service inquiries.

Who we share it with. SMS consent and mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We may share your mobile number only with service providers who deliver our text messaging on our behalf (for example, our telecommunications carrier and SMS platform), and only to the extent necessary for them to deliver messages to you. These providers are contractually required to safeguard your information and use it only to deliver messages on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights or safety.

How long we keep it. We retain SMS records (mobile number, message content, opt-in/opt-out history) for as long as you remain opted in plus a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and to honor opt-out requests.

Your choices. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You can request help by replying HELP. You can also contact us at support@icastinc.com or (270) 215-7888 to update your preferences or request deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.

Children. Our SMS program is intended for business customers and not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect mobile numbers from minors.

Changes. If we materially change how we use SMS information, we will update this section and post the revised effective date.
