Jon Ross, a 19-year old University of Kentucky Civil Engineering student, starts a precast division of Ross Construction focusing on precast utility products.

2003

Chad Jarvis joins the company while pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Kentucky.

2005

Nathan Ross, at age 16, starts working part-time in the precast division.

2010

Nathan Ross becomes the precast division’s first full-time employee while pursuing a degree in Water Resources from Western Kentucky University.

2010

The precast division of Ross Construction is now known as Ross Precast.

2013

Ross Precast purchases an industrial property and starts construction on a new manufacturing plant in Beaver Dam.

2014

Ross Precast new manufacturing plant opens.

2015

Infrastructure Precast, known as ICAST, is officially incorporated as a separate entity from Ross Construction. The founders of ICAST are Jon Ross, Chad Jarvis, Nathan Ross, and Laura Ross.

2015

ICAST enters the precast market of storm and sanitary products.

2015

ICAST experiences rapid growth driven by high levels of customer service and superior products.

2019

ICAST explores expanding their product line to include reinforced concrete pipe, or RCP.

2021

ICAST starts on the RCP production plant addition in Beaver Dam.

2022

ICAST opens a new RCP plant and begins production.

2023

ICAST approved as KYCT, INDOT and WVDOT Precast and RCP supplier.

2024

ICAST approved by TDOT as Precast and RCP supplier.

2025

ICAST begins over 30,000 square foot expansion to their Beaver Dam facility and more finished goods space.
